2003 RESULTS + MOVING FORWARD

Happy New Year's, everyone!

I hope you all had as much fun as I did not only revisiting some old favourites, but also exploring and discovering new albums you may have missed at the time. For the next assignment things are going to (potentially) get a bit more difficult, but more on that later. First up, here are the results:

1. Brand New - Deja Entendu (51 Points)
2. Moneen - Are We Really Happy With Who We Are Right Now? (41 Points)
3. The Weakerthans - Reconstruction Site (24 Points)
4. Streetlight Manifesto - Everything Went Numb (23 Points)
5. Death Cab For Cutie - Transatlanticism (19 Points)
6. Saves The Day - In Reverie (15 Points)
7. None More Black - File Under Black (14 Points)
8. The Unicorns - Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone? (13 Points)
9. Radiohead - Hail To The Thief (12 Points)
10. Coheed And Cambria - In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3 (12 Points)

HONOURABLE MENTION

1. Gas Rag

Like last time, all ties were broken based on how highly they were ranked on people's lists. For your next task we are going back to before any of us were born, 1983. This should prove to be a real challenge since we won't be able to pad our lists with pop-punk bands. All submissions are due on February 1, 2021, but I anticipate Sydney and Jamie will post their lists a few days late. Happy listening!

See you in the pit.
